There were some problems with DHL who notified a mistake in the address and with that, that they would send it back to the States. I asked DHL to just keep the package so I could pick it up with an ID or such, but that wasn't possible for no proper reasons. I contacted Milanoo customer service and they said to contact DHL and helping to trace my dress. Amazing support, because a week later the package was delivered without all the hassle, costs and extra time (which would have been a drama) of sending back and forth. Finally I received the dress and truly I didn't expect this quality! It all fits and the fabric feels heavy and of good quality. Maybe a little correction of making it smaller around the waist before the big day, but this is totally fine. The skirt falls perfect over my hips and the top is super cute. Super happy and can't wait for it to wear !!! Thank you customer support for your help!
