I have received my petticoat, it is splendid and suits me perfectly. However, he arrived with a superb gash made with a sharp object. Fortunately it is under my dress because I moderately appreciated ... For those who want to know it attaches with a scratch and an elastic band which varies the size of the waist circumference

This is a really good petticoat. But it's much WIDER than it looked. I got it for my wedding dress and it is fine with it. If you measure it then you should be fine. Also, it's short for some reason. I'm 5'4" and it's almost a foot off the ground. And I have it on my hips, not waist. It's fine, but not what it looked like and lead me to believe.
