Return Policy
1. Eligible Products for Return:
Within 14 days of receiving the package, most products can be returned, except for certain custom-made products, size-customized goods, or special items as stipulated by the laws of your country or region. However, specific return conditions may vary depending on the reason for return and the product category. Please refer to the detailed guidelines below:
2. Return Requirements:
All returned items must include the original packaging, price tags, and disposable plastic security seals. The items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, untagged, and in their original packaging. No refund will be issued if these conditions are not met.
Items returned after the return period will not be accepted unless they violate mandatory laws and regulations in your region.
3. Return Shipping Costs:
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to a quality defect.
4. How Do I Return an Item?
Please note that we do not provide return labels. Return the product to our designated warehouse. If the product included a free gift, the gift must also be returned. Before shipping, please contact customer service for authorization and the correct return address.
Do not use the address on the shipping label.
To initiate a return:
a. Click "Confirm Receipt" to acknowledge receiving the package and submit supporting evidence (e.g., photos).
b. Our customer service team will review the request based on policy, product condition, and evidence.
c. Unless the product violates mandatory legal requirements, original shipping and insurance fees will not be refunded.
d. After approval, you must ship the return within 7 days and provide the return tracking number. Failure to do so will result in automatic cancellation of the return request.
You are responsible for tracking the return shipment. Once the return is successful, contact us to process the refund.
After the returned item arrives at our warehouse, we will inspect and/or test it to ensure compliance with return conditions and the above requirements. Original shipping and return shipping costs will not be refunded. For free-shipping orders, the original shipping cost will be deducted.
We reserve the right to define, limit, reject, and/or deny your return for reasons including but not limited to:
· Unacceptable return condition (worn, altered, washed, damaged)
· Unauthorized return without prior notice
· Bulk orders containing multiple sizes/styles of the same item
· Failed delivery due to incorrect user information or refusal of receipt
Please note that the following are not considered quality defects:
· Loose threads, fraying, variations in thickness or texture, and color differences due to monitor display settings.
· Returns due to dissatisfaction with style, color, or personal preference.
· Damage caused by use, washing, improper care or maintenance, self-repair, alterations, or other human factors.
· Please check the size chart before purchasing—our customer service team only provides suggestions. Returns due to sizing issues are not considered quality defects.
· Due to design and style variations, slight differences may exist between items of the same size. Please refer to actual measurements.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped item, please submit a return request via "My Orders" or contact us directly for assistance. We will help facilitate the return process.
Note: After 14 days, we may no longer be able to address such issues.
6. Try-On Policy
Most products on our website are custom-made, including standard-sized items. Therefore, we cannot accommodate a "buy multiple but keep one" shopping approach, as this contributes to environmental waste. If you are unsure about color, size, or style, we offer complimentary custom sizing and personalized shopping assistance to help you find the perfect product.
Unfortunately, if there is no quality defect, we only allow the return or exchange of one item per order, and a 15% try-on fee will be deducted from the refund.
For wedding-related orders(wedding dresses/wedding jumpsuits/wedding party dresses/wedding occasion dresses), only one refund request is permitted per customer within a three-month period, regardless of the number of orders placed.
7. Express Refund Service (Exclusive to Selected Invited Customers, Non-Transferable)
Selected invited customers are eligible for our express refund service, processed within 24 hours (72 hours during holidays) on business days. The actual refund processing time depends on the payment provider.
8. Exchange Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with every purchase. If the size or style does not meet your expectations, we accept one return request per order (including return for refund or exchange). Once the exchange item has been shipped, no further returns or exchanges will be accepted. Provided the following conditions are met:
✅ Eligible for Exchange:
· Incorrect size or personal preference for style
· Item must be in brand-new condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags and original packaging intact)
· Only one exchange per item is allowed; no further returns or exchanges after exchange
❌ Not Eligible for Exchange:
· Lingerie(including bras, underwear, swimwear, zentai, etc.)
· Accessories (e.g., earrings, necklaces)
· Custom-made products
· Free gifts
· Clearance items
Shipping Fees:
· Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and re-shipping fees for the exchanged item.
9. How to create a return request
Log into your Milanoo account and go to your orders page. If you have trouble getting into your account, please contact our customer service

Find the order that you want to return on the "My Orders" page. Click where it reads "Return Request", then you’ll go to the page where you can submit your return request:
b. Send out the package
Please use a safe and reliable delivery service to return the package to ensure the package will reach us. Please keep the receipt of the returned package and the tracking number with you as your proof of return.
c. Get your refund
We recommend that you contact customer service to confirm before returning the item, so it can be processed smoothly!
