Hello, the dress was ordered at short notice as an emergency dress and was to be delivered by express. Unfortunately, the express didn't quite work out because Corona unfortunately didn't play along, but the dealer can't do anything about that. The dress was well made and looked very similar to the dress in the picture. Since it is actually only tailored to order, deviations are to be expected here. In terms of quality I have to say. Great... especially for the price. We still have the original dress from the bridal shop, for a lot more money, here and there this one doesn't need to hide. The contact to the support also worked great and was always friendly. Due to the time difference, you have to wait a few hours, of course, but the answer was prompt and help was given. Top! I recommend keeping customs insurance. We still had to pay this (Germany) and then got the money back from Milanoo. So gladly again.
