It's so comfy! This is true to size with a comfy elastic waistband and adds a nice amount of fluff to the dress I also bought.

I loved this skirt and wore it to a convention to go with my outfit as is and I got lots of compliments on it! I also wore this under a dress to give it more poof affect and it did its job.
