This is a pretty okay wig, the circumference of the wig is much bigger than my head, so when i used the straps to adjust the size it would bubble out on either side of my head. which was a huge deal after i styled it. It was super shiny, so I had to use a lot of different tricks. If you want to fix the shiny-ness then what did you do in the softener, rinsed it, let it dry, and then that mother coat to hell and back in baby powder. If you have no experience styling wigs, or wanted something that was already styled, this is not for you. that being said if you have a bigger head and are willing to put in work then this might be perfect for you
