After you successfully submit a return & exchange application, we will contact you within 24 hours (except weekends and Chinese holidays) to confirm the situation and propose a solution. We will email you with the return address and precautions after accepting the application. If you return the package to an incorrect address, we will not be able to refund or exchange the item for you.
