Why didn't I receive your reply?

Once we receive your email, our customer service team will respond to you within 24 hours (Except weekends and Chinese holidays). If you have not received a response, please check the following information:

1. Please check if the email is in Spam or Trash.

2. Please check if the system mail is allowed to be received.

4. Please confirm whether you sent us an email through our website or APP. If you use a private email to send us an email, please check if the email address you filled in is an available email address. Please note that if you send an email to our system email address (e.g.  no_reply@milanoo.com), we will not be able to receive any of your emails.
