I am happy with quality, service was fast and efficient. But with product especially with the hand part, it's wide open... It would have been better if it's slightly slim on both the hands of the jacket. Otherwise it's awesome.

Llegó cuando se esperaba, se ajustaba a la forma en que quería que encajara (6'4 250lbs. Obtuve un XXLarge y un XLarge y ambos encajan perfectamente) el único 'problema' que tuve con él es que los botones necesitan ser reforzados . Aparte de eso, todo estuvo genial. Además, el negro tiene un material diferente que el gris. El gris tiene una sensación más de lana y se siente como una barba rala. El negro tiene un tipo más suave de material flanel. Ambos tienen un poliéster en el interior y respiran muy bien mientras te mantienen caliente. También me gustaría decir que ambos enviaron más rápido de lo esperado y llegaron en muy buenas condiciones en una bolsa de plástico en una caja y olían como si vinieran de una tienda. Tienen un olor a plástico, pero eso se puede solucionar colocándolos en un armario con sábanas de secadora en los bolsillos.

I received this coat two days ago and I absolutely love it. It's very warm and I think it looks great. The only bad thing about it is that the sleeves are just a tad too long for my liking, but just by a couple centimeters, it shouldn't bother most. I highly recommend this peacoat

The coat is nice and heavy, but my son did lose a button the second time he wore it.

It is a nice coat. Only when you buy it you shold consider that the buttons fall out in the first month. It is easy sew them in.
